Targets
Targets (as agreed by the partnership board March 2008)
  • Engage staff in accredited national training and ensure all ILTs are trained to the minimum standard
  • Ensure processes are in place to collect data effectively, in line with the recommendations of the Dreyfus evaluation
  • The manager will aim to support to all Excellence Cluster schools by identifyingadditional funding streams to meet need.
  • All cases to have relevant child protection plan or CAF on referral by 2011 (80% by 2009, 90% by 2010)
  • Support 720 (240-300 a year) identified caseload over the life of the extension period (2.5-3% of the school population)
  • Each full time equivalent ILT should work with 30 cases a year.
  • Work with 100% of caseload parents/carers to identify, meet and support their needs as parents.
  • Provide activities for 80 % of caseload student.
  • Improvement in attainment for 75% of students.
  • Improvement in behaviour for 75% of students.
  • Improvement in attendance for 70% of students where atteendance is identified as an issue.
  • 80% of caseload students will not be excluded during intervention and for a period of 2 terms following closure.
