Within every year group and sometimes within every class, there are certain individuals with the ability to strongly influence the behaviour of their peers. 

These young people are usually talented, intelligent and popular with an extraordinary potential.  However this potential is not fully realised, as these students may often find themselves acting as “ringleaders”, controlling the freedom and action of others which can cause negative consequences. 

It is therefore, precisely for this kind of pupil that the leadership course is offered, as a chance for each individual to consciously recognise his or her own character skills, to celebrate it and then develop it in a more positive way for the future.

There are specific aims and objectives tailored to each programme and access to each is carefully managed by the school and the Manager of the PDC.
